All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, although delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Katrina Lynn Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Katrina Lynn Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Returned Packages

Orders returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
